Welcome to slemak photography... Thanks for stopping by today.
[RECONSTRUCTION]slemak dot com continues to get modified. Browse section now has a few portraits... Slowly but surely the site will be completed. The goal is to have a fully functional, all encompassing, slemak photography portal by March 1st. Wish me luck.
[SNOWAPALOOZA]28.5" of snow fell in the Philadelphia area. Weatherman predicted 12"-18". More expected mid-week. Joy.
[SNOW DAY]12" of snow on the ground and no signs of letting up... Enjoying some Dunkin' Donuts coffee and a home cooked breakfast with my wife and sister-in-law.
Meat... Yum.
What? No chocolate chips?
Do I smell bacon?
[CELEBRATING FIVE YEARS]Five years ago today I registered the domain name www.slemak.com and started the quest known as slemak photography. To celebrate this achievement I have decided to give my site a much needed design overhaul. Same daily entries with the ability to browse images but no more drab dark gray background and white lettering.
I'll continue to add content from my previous site as the weeks go by.
slemak photography... What are your 1,000 words for today?
Hope you enjoy.

[ARCHIVE IMAGE]My gorgeous wife Lindsay Simone. Lindsay modeled for me during some downtime this past December while we were participating in Help Portrait, a non-profit organization that gives back to the community through photography.

[CONNECTICUT]I had a great time visiting with my best friend, Tom (aka Whit), his wife Ilena, and sons Kyle and Tyler (my Godson). Always fun playing video games, football, and soccer with the boys. Whit and I took a few hours to hike up a nearby trail.
View after the hike - Springfield, Mass. is way off in the distance

[THE BEN]I took a walk across the Ben Franklin Bridge with photography cohort Michael Duff. Great early morning light.
